Hotel Paistos in Paestum
Hotel Paistos, a small hotel in the largest and most impressive archeological area of Magna Graecia.
Only ten Rooms, all ensuite and with all necessari comforts. Opened in 1997 and refurbished in 2006, gradually, as we liked to live and grow accustomed to the trasformations as they developed.

We have a private carpark for your car and parking for your motorbyke or your bicycle.
All our rooms have a private bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, satellite, color tv , telephone and indipendent air conditioning 24 Hours a day. Some rooms have a pretty terrace and two have a solarium. On the top floor there is a large terrace for sunbathing and to watch the stars at night.
In good weather dinner can be serverd in the open in the terrace restaurant on the ground floor overlooking the garden.
Our reastaurant uses only top qualit produce much of is organic. Meat, fish and vegetables are sourced fertile land an unpolluted sea, the wine from our beautiful region, with some fresh import from other regions specially selected by us.
The hotel is furnished in the mediterranean style influenced by local tradition and by artist who have know Paestum and its history
How to arrive
By car:
From the north: SA-RC, exit for Battipaglia, then travel towards paestum for 12-15 Km and exit at capaccio scalo; at the crossroad in capaccio scalo procede in the direction of Laura di Paestum (4 Km) and at the crossroad in Laura di Paestum go straight across for about 300 mt Hotel Paistos is on the left at 150 mt from the sea.
From the south: take the motorway A3 Sa-Rc , exit at Eboli or battipaglia, then continue in the direction of Paestum and after 12-15 Km exit at capaccio scalo : at the crossroad in Capaccio Scalo continue towards Laura di Paestum (4 Km) and at the crossroad in Laura di Paestum go straight across for about 300 mt Hotel Paistos is on the left at 150 mt from the sea.
By Train …
The nearest station for Hotel Paistos is Capaccio-Roccadaspide or Paestum. (4 Km) The main Railway station is at Salerno (30 Km from Paistos) where its is possible to catch a connecting Train for Capaccio or Paestum.

The nearest airport is Capodichino on the outskirts of Naples with easy acces from and to motorway (90 Km from Paistos).
