Have a vegetarian option available for people who may not want meat. Use simple and quick yet delicious recipes. Choose recipes with very few steps and ingredients and make it with the freshest ingredients. If you cannot cook well, order food in! Decide on a terrific restaurant with a mixture of good food and order an assortment. Unless your party is formal, dish out food buffet style to encourage mingling and set a light atmosphere; putting guests at ease.
